Mission:
Adjudicate consistently and fairly, promote good game style and player and umpire development.
The WAFL umpires are responsible for enforcing the rules as agreed by the WAFL committee.
The major focus of the WAFL umpires is to protect the players who are making the ball their priority. AFL is a contact sport but player safety remains top priority and any decisions are made with the health and well-being of the players at the forefront of mind.
